Privacy at a glance

TamerTools is designed for anonymous-first diagnostics. Game files and raw logs stay on your device; account and subscription data are limited to what is needed to provide access.

1. Diagnostic data stays on your device

You can use Mod Doctor, Crash Analyzer, the Mods directory, and troubleshooting guidance without creating an account. Mod names, setup selections, and crash-log text are processed for the active browser session.

TamerTools does not upload raw game files or raw crash logs through these diagnostic tools. Refreshing or closing the session clears unsaved diagnostic input.

The browser stores an anonymous date and usage count to apply the Free plan's daily diagnostic limit. This counter contains no mod names, log text, account identity, or payment data.

  • Game and save files are never requested for diagnostic checks.
  • Raw logs and local paths are excluded from shared reports.
  • A report is shared only after you choose a sanitized, read-only view.

2. Account and service data

If you sign in, TamerTools uses your email address and session information to provide account access, saved-report history, and plan entitlements. Anonymous checks do not require an account.

Service records may include the selected plan, entitlement status, renewal state, and support history. Diagnostic content is not sold or used to influence compatibility findings.

3. Payments are hosted by Creem

Paid checkout and subscription-management actions are hosted by Creem. Creem receives payment details under its own privacy terms; TamerTools does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes.

TamerTools receives only the information needed to activate and maintain access, such as plan, subscription status, renewal or cancellation state, and a transaction reference.

4. Your choices and retention

You may stay anonymous for diagnostic checks, sign out to end an account session, clear unsaved inputs by refreshing, and avoid creating a shared report. Account and billing records are kept only as long as needed for access, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and support.

If TamerTools adds a feature that requires an upload, it must explain what will be sent and ask before transfer begins.

Questions should be resolved before you rely on a paid or diagnostic feature.Back to Trust Center
